Cultural Therapy - The Goal

Cultural Therapy, in short, seeks to achieve individual and group health through cultual compentency in the areas of identity, culture and power.

Cultural Therapy aims to bring awareness, empowerment and fulfillment to individuals and groups operating in environments of diversity.

Cultural Therapy supports employers, employees, lay persons, professionals and non-professionals to realize their optimal diveristy goal and objectives.



Our Mission

The mission of Cultural Therapy Institute (CTI) is to provide support in the efforts to resolve conflicts arising from cultural, racial and ethnic experiences. Our goal is to establish individual and group health in the area of identity, culture and power.

CTI through the use of Cultural Therapy Principles provides Diversity Workshops and Training; Mediation and Mediation Training; Individual and Group Counseling; Individual and Team Coaching; Diversity Recruitment Support; and Consulting.

CTI offers Cultural Therapy via workshops, classes, lectures, and individual consultations to goverments, ngo's, private groups and individuals.

Your Outcome

Through the applicaton of CTI's Cultural Therapy Principles individuals and groups become more aware, confident and capable of interacting effectively in environments of diversity.
